Refund on unused credits

We offer refunds on unused credits for every plan:

• Credit plan — Refund on any unused credits you’ve purchased.
• Plus plan — Refund on unused credits from your monthly allowance (or any additional credits you’ve bought).

Only the unused portion is refundable; credits you’ve already used are not.
